Complaints Policy
Effective: July 2026 · Version 1.0
At QuataTrade, we are committed to a secure, transparent, and fair trading environment. This Complaints Policy explains how complaints can be submitted, how they are investigated, and how we work to resolve them fairly, consistently, and efficiently.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to:
- Provide a clear process for submitting complaints.
- Ensure complaints are handled fairly and consistently.

A complaint may be submitted by:
- Registered QuataTrade users.
